Building Out

If you want to extend space in your home, whether it be the kitchen or family room; this is the obvious choice. We create the foundation outside your home and build until we are ready to remove the exterior wall. This provides the least disruption to your day-to-day life and is a great choice for homeowners that want minimal downtime.

Building Up

If you want to add a storey to your home then this is the solution for you. Although this option requires more downtime from your home-life, it’s a great solution for those looking for extensive space upgrades to their homes. We’ll have to expose and strengthen foundation and beams in order to build up. A lot of work, but you’ll be left with a beautiful upper space in which you can do almost anything!

Bump Outs

If the ground floor of your property is at a higher level than your yard, it’s quite possible to build a small extension without having to excavate and lay a new foundation beforehand. Bump outs are great for homeowners who want to add a relatively small space to the existing floorplan. The new floor area can be supported by attaching new floor joists to existing ones. If extra support is required we can install kickers under the floor!
